We chose this spot for a couple of reasons. Mainly because we wanted to go to the Trees Of Mystery which is just up the street. We chose the Camper Corral because of the swimming pool for our daughter, the "wifi" and beautiful pictures they show on their web site. Ok where to start. No...zero cell service, the wifi did not work, the pool was a murky mess and closed, the grounds were just a big open space of dead grass. We paid for 2 nights but after about 15 minutes packed up and left. I wish RV... Read More

This is not a paved parking resort style park. The large grass parking spots are quite level and the trees give some nice shade. The new owners are making many improvements. The restrooms and laundry facilities were well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. The game barn has table and video games. The WIFI is not real strong. The location is perfect if you are visiting the state parks. We did not see any other parks with the large parking spaces we enjoyed at this park.

The facility is perfect for what we were looking for, however it is now under new management and they just advised us that they no longer are honoring Good Sam or military discounts, so don't expect to be getting this at a lower rate. But the location is open, airy, and beautiful. The bathrooms are NOT a 10, so I would encourage someone to reevaluate that...they are a 7.5- 8 at best. I've been to a 10 bathroom, and these aren't it.... But still love the place. Great to go with dogs, the river is... Read More
