The campsites are a little small (30 X 50 I think) but that is the only negative I have for this park. Everything else was 100% AOK. Very well maintained and the staff was excellent. Restrooms and showers are some of the best around. Very peaceful and quiet. The view of the mountain range is fantastic. A quick 5 minute trip to Westcliffe for groceries and gas. The town is very unique.
The campsite had all pull through sites, very nicely maintained and the full hookups were great. I wished the sites all had picnic tables and either grills or fire pits. The shower and bathroom facilities could be bigger, but it was fine and cleaned daily. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and gave us good ideas of places to go. We are planning to go back next year as Westcliffe and the surrounding area is beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay as both my wife and I enjoyed this campground... Read More

This campground was one of the most unexpected delights we've yet to find. As one reviewer remarked, "a hidden gem". We had previously stayed at a premier resort, one of three in the country, and many may prefer that kind of campground but Grape Creek encompasses all one envisions in a truly delightful camp experience. The grounds are impeccable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the views breathtaking. All this and you're only a 5 min ride into the quaint town of Westcliffe which has so much... Read More

We enjoyed our stay so much that we're returning again in just a few weeks! I might add, the four stars for the restrooms were only in that a few more showers would be a nice addition. They were kept extremely clean.

This was one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed at! Beautiful sites, grounds, and scenery. Clean grounds, restrooms and laundry room.
I use the word "pristine" infrequently, but this describes grape creek. Quiet, immaculate, & dominated by the beautiful sangre de cristo Mt. Trout stream an added bonus.
A hidden gem. Clean, well manicured sites. The only thing we could have wished for was a picnic table. Other than that this is a place we could easily stay for a week or more, just enjoying the scenery. Good water pressure, and hookups well placed.
Very beautiful place to stay, well groomed & level sites with beautiful views of the mountains. There is plenty of room to maneuver & the restrooms were clean & spacious. Staff was friendly & helpful with travel information.
Stayed here numerous times. Beautiful park, great view of mts and located on Grape Creek. Pull thrus. Good Sam Club. Charge late fee if you stay past checkout time. Friendly owners and willing to trim tree at your site but stay off the grass. Be sure to park where they show you. No cable but can survive w/o couple of nights. Would help to have a larger sign at road; you can miss it.
This is a very neat and well cared for park. It's also very peaceful and quiet. If you go, be sure and go outside at night. The stars are magnificent! We were there for a small group in motorhomes. The owner's wife( co-owner) was very friendly and helpful. Ask about places of interest and great places to eat. Only negative is the long dusty entrance road. It's a small price to pay for everything else.
