I only stayed two nights. I have stayed in worse places, but my only real complaint is that this is a workers camp and not a resort.
I would not call this RV park a resort. The sites are gravel which are poorly maintained. The well water is loaded with iron which will turn your filters red overnight. The host is very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is nice and the common area use building is nice. The impression I got was that the owners could care less about putting money or resources back into the RV park because his "bread and butter' was renting cabins out on a one year lease.
This campground would be good for an overnighter, but it's 5 miles from town and 10 miles from I-10. We stayed two nights. The site we had (#2) was very unlevel, but sites closer to the road look much better. They advertise cable tv, but there are limited channels. The laundry room is very narrow, but it does have a table for folding clothes, an iron, and a chair for you to sit on while you wait for your clothes to get done. There are 6 washers ($1.50) and 8 dryers ($1.50). Everyone at the... Read More

Level spots with plenty of room, feel secure, many long term residents and a few speed through park. Apartment dwellers can be noisy at night. Lots of burrs and stickers in the ground. Not sure what can be done about that but hard on my dogs feet, gets tracked into trailer. Water pressure is very poor, went through a filter in 2 weeks - full of rust and other debris.
all in all a good place. spaces are level and plenty wide enough. laundry was inexpensive and there are plenty of washers and dryers. the staff and owners were friendly, i enjoyed the conversation. the only negative is that there seems to be a lot of grass burrs in the grassy areas, i do not know what can be done about that but they do get tracked to the trailer.
