The campground is in a good location about half way between Bloomsburg and Rickets Glenn SP. Just make sure you follow the campground directions and not your GPS since there are many gravel short cuts that your GPS will have you follow vs. staying on the paved roads! Sites were pretty level, good power, water, and sewer at ours. Had decent Verizon mobile service in the campground and the area directly nearby. WiFi was good. Speeds were a bit on the slower side, but signal was strong enough to... Read More

The campground had a nice in ground pool that was well maintained. I can't comment on the campground office since it was closed every time we stopped by.
I have absolutely no idea on how they got a rating of 9.5 for the bathrooms! They are more like 4.5. They are old, sort of dirty and dingy. (the rec room next door is much cleaner than the bathrooms) What annoys me is after paying for a site you need to put in $.25 for 7 minutes of water! Really??? 2 things especially with this first is it takes 2 minutes of running before you get any warm water out, so your time is more like 5 minutes. Second, the time allowed may be OK for a guy, but women typically take longer with their hair.
I understand there's a thought that by making you pay a quarter, you may not waste as much and hurry up but what it actually does is turn you off from every wanting to come back! Just raise the daily or weekly rate by 1 or $5 and take off the silly timers.

Quiet campground close to State Park and Bloomsburg. We were happy to have good phone service and wi-fi as it can be spotty in these counties. The bathrooms are good and clean. Bring your quarters- showers are pay-by-quarter for about 8 minutes. It takes about 3 minutes to warm up. The camping spaces aren't very private; we feel like we are right on top of our neighbors. Yet, we spent our days away so we didn't mind it too much. Small playground and SMALL pool. Ricketts State Park was wonderful... Read More

Ricketts State Park was wonderful but bring your best hiking shoes/boots for the waterfall walk. REALLY rocky path. A walking stick is helpful too.

VERY Quiet peaceful campground. Super relaxing and is convenient to Rickets Glenn . Bath house was spotless. Playground was nice for the kids. Not your campground if your into loud partying and tons of amenities. But if you are looking for a quiet retreat with just enough and don't want to be bothered this is the place. The owners are great people. My wife and daughter did the art painting with her and really got to know them. Can't wait to come back and relax. Store has just enough to get... Read More

My wife and I camp here several weekends a year. The owners and staff are very accommodating. It is a nice quiet get away. Most of the lots are in or next to the woods and there is plenty of shade. Very clean restrooms and pool with a nice playground area for the kids. Our favorite campground to stay at.
