A mixture of good and bad - much of the bad resulting from poor management and no attention to detail. Large 20 x 90 concrete pads (with electrical box a rear of site). Wide roads between sites. Beautiful pool and spa. Good reception of Orlando TV channels. But: WiFi is awful. Most of the time it doesn't work. "Connection without internet" is common message. Restrooms are almost totally unattended. Filthy. No toilet paper. And this continues day after day. Phone calls to the office... Read More

Beautiful pool and spa. Good reception of Orlando TV channels. But: WiFi is awful. Most of the time it doesn't work. "Connection without internet" is common message. Restrooms are almost totally unattended. Filthy. No toilet paper. And this continues day after day. Phone calls to the office go straight to voicemail. I couldn't even call to say that someone else was setting up in the site that they'd assigned to me. "Token" dog park has no water, poop bags, shade or benches for pet parents. This place could be great, but they've got a long way to go. Also, note that this facility is 15 miles from most food stores, shopping, restaurants and service stations. Be sure to arrive prepared and stocked.
