We pulled in for a one night stay on our trip. The park is very clean and neat. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We did not utilize the restrooms or the pool. The sites are all concrete and fairly roomy. Sorry can't tell you much about around it we stayed one night and left the next morning. Very nice for our stay.
Park was closed upon arrival and we got there before it was supposed to be closed. Got package with details about site and wifi code. Tried to connect and codes given did not work. Called office and no one picked up, just voice mail. Tried contacting the internet provider for the park that was given and no answer so left message. Called after hours number and got Maintenance man and he didn't know how to help, but after several calls he and his wife helped me out, but spent over an hour trying... Read More

Site given was by very busy and noisy highway. They need to fix there internet access system. Credit the Maintenance man for working with me, since no office people could be reached. The internet provider returned my call 24 hours later.

A HIDDEN GEM! What a wonderful RV Park. Didn't even know it existed down in this part of Louisiana. The people are very friendly, even went out of their way to give us a different space, when the space we were to be in was still occupied. Not many parks will do that! They will escort you to your site and give you a hand setting up, if you need the help. WIFI is excellent. Only drawback, NO CABLE. There is concrete walking path that goes around the Lake. A Very tranquil and peaceful RV Park. We... Read More

Was traveling through on our trip out west. What a nice place, staff, grounds view of pond. This is a solid 5 star place, very very nice. Would stay next time for sure..
This is a very well maintained, family friendly RV park. Great staff, facilities and location. I would recommend this campground to anyone in the area or traveling thru Louisiana. Close to Baton Rouge and to many amenities. Been there two times and will return again.
Well maintained park with concrete parking spots. Small dog play area and nice paved path around the lake. Bathrooms were spotless. The park does abut a busy road so I would recommend a lake view site which gets you at least 40 feet off the street. Would stay at this park again. WiFi worked well. Friendly staff.
This park is designed for campers. It's well spaced with all cement pads. With neat drive ways and easy access. Plug in poles are neat with all needed. There is no cables but a lot of local channels on the air. Ducks, Swans, and frogs in a beautiful lake which is the center piece of the park. Bathrooms are Holiday Inn quality. Easy off I-10. Great park!
Beautiful campground with many amenities. Campground roads are paved as are all sites. Most sites are back-ins although there are several pull-through sites. All sites are level, wide and long enough for long units and tow vehicle w/ room to spare. The campground is well-maintained and clean. Restrooms and laundry are spotless. Staff is very helpful and escort to site is provided. Large man-made lake in center of park w/walking path along shore. Swans, ducks, migratory Canadian geese, blue... Read More

Swans, ducks, migratory Canadian geese, blue heron and white heron were in residence. The lake is stocked and campers can fish and keep their catches. There is a large game room and an event center with big screen TV for all campers to use. The campground was decked out for Mardi Gras while we were there, giving it a festive appearance. Many long-term campers but the units were clean and well-cared for. Will return.

We stayed just two nights in a pull thru site. It was concrete and due to recent rain lots of standing water. The location is just off the I-12 freeway and close to a fuel station. Very pretty lake with grass and sidewalk swans and ducks. Some traffic noise but not bad in the back pull thru section. The laundry and bathrooms were clean. Lots of things to do nearby. Would stay here again.
We stayed here two nights on our way to Florida. The check-in process was easy and quick and they provide an escort to your site. We were assigned to the worst possible back-in site-113! If they want to put you here, good luck! It was convenient to the pool and other buildings we did not use. The grass was really long when we arrived but they did mow the next day. If you are near South Frost Road be prepared to hear traffic noise all night long. It was nice walking along the lake except for... Read More

It was nice walking along the lake except for the feces left from the Canadian geese.
The off-leash dog park was a nice size but a little inconvenient to get to.
It is ok for overnight but definitely not a destination.

Very friendly easy check-in. Escorted to site. Nice level cement sites, easy hook-up. Clean park, friendly neighbors. A bit close and no shade, but definitely would recommend and stay again.
This is a very nice, quiet, clean, facility. The grass is nice and well-manicured. The park is big rig friendly with level concrete sites. Utilities worked well. Wi-Fi was OK. Roads are paved and easy to navigate. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were on the lake which has a nice view but should be pull in not back in. We would definitely stay again.
This is a very nice campground. Sites are a little close together for my liking but ok. The only thing negative I would say is - if you're on the highway side there's a lot of traffic noise all night long. Try to stay on the back side. Sites are level which is always a plus.
Very nice park. Level and well maintained concrete slabs. Escort to site. Nice lake views. Staff was very nice and willing to accommodate any wishes. Pool was nice and well maintained. Garbage picked up throughout the day. Campers very friendly and outgoing.
Great sites, level and easy in & out. Being taken to the site by a golf cart is a good idea. Over night pull-thru is a long way from office & restrooms for elderly. Made reservation a week before stop - paid one price, on arrival (Good Friday) told additional charge of $9.99 because of "Holiday" on Sunday!!!
This was a great place to stay on our way to Florida. The setting around the lake is beautiful. Getting to the park and then to our site was easy. The restroom and shower was clean and bright. Our only criticism was the low water pressure in the showers. We will plan to stay here again on the next time we are through this way.
Great RV park, close to Baton Rouge and about an hour to New Orleans Concrete sites, very spacious and well maintained hookups. No cable, but everything else was great. Easy to get in and out. Spaces are around a lake/pond and good places to walk or bike ride. There is a dog groomer/day care near by and this was a plus for us. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our three day stay.
Close to Baton Rouge for a quick weekend get away. Has nice pond to fish in or use remote control boat in as I do. Nice pool and laundry room that I use almost every visit. Nice people and small store for snacks and RV parts. Drive through daquiri shop across the street !!
