Very clean and well maintained. Reservationist was super nice and helpful!
Clean and quiet, pretty property. Came out late to check us in.
The people are friendly and the park is neat and clean. Spaces are not too close together and it was quiet.we had a pull thru. No pool but we don't care about pools. Easy to get to and close to town.
a very nice place. Everything was ok for us as overnighters. Did not use any of the facilities but the Staff was great. Friendly and personable. Close to fwy and fuel. Level gravel pad and driveways, very quaint . would definitely stay again.
Fairly new campground. Gravel roads and sites with smaller trees. Restrooms and showers are combined into private bathrooms all grouped up together in the combination laundry, exercise and refreshment center. No pool open to the campgrounds. You can see and hear a pool but it must be for the owners only. A variety of pull through sites available. Super friendly people.
We stayed two nights rather than the one planned due to severe weather and the owner was very good to reassure us that they had a hurricane plan and detailed it. The park is very easy to find, close to freeway exit & fuel. All sites and roads are gravel, due to heavy rain our site was mostly under water so was unpleasant to unhook and get out of the site. I really liked this place. And they gave a good referral for a guy to come winterize our unit. Friendly staff and everything was good. Nice restrooms and no negatives for me.
Small campground, friendly, helpful hosts. Easy access to I40, but limited noise. Clean, level gravel space. Spaces well laid out for easy access for a 40 foot 5th wheel. All spaces are pull thrus. We will be staying here on our future trips east.
This park is a hidden gem! If you are looking for a place with nice owners and peace and quiet this is a stop you need to make! There are no amenities but it's quiet and peaceful. There are mature trees between the level gravel sites. This is just an overnight stop for us but we're so glad we called ahead for reservations! It's filled up! The WiFi is outstanding! The only thing that would make it better would be a fenced off-leash dog park! We will definitely stay here again if we travel... Read More

Friendly manager, clean spacious shower or bathroom area, children's playground, quiet We will definitely stop here again
I just spent 2 nights here. I'd say it was good for an overnight, but that there just wasn't much to do for more than that. It did rain a lot, so the entire park was basically a mud pit. They do have gravel down, but the rain has nowhere to go, so it just sits there. The bath rooms and showers were clean and spacious enough. It is easy on and off for I40 and we were far enough away from the highway that I didn't really hear any road noise. The sites are fairly level, but a bit close to each other. Read More

This is a good overnight park. Staff is friendly, location is convenient with fuel nearby. The sites are not paved but are level. Felt safe and would stay here again.
Concur with other reviews. Quiet, secluded, friendly staff. Lots of space to walk pups. Easy on/off I-40. This one's a keeper. Looks like they are laying out expansion sites, which is a good thing, because current one is really small-recommend reservations.
EXCELLENT PARK, STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING, VERY GOOD TO REPRESENT GOOD SAM CLUB.
Owner and staff were extremely nice and friendly. Overall, an excellent experience for a one night stop over.
Rarely have I been motivated to rate an establishment of this type however this is a happy exception. Basically we were looking for an overnight park that had a large pull thru, WiFi and cable. Ivy's Cove provided the very best WiFi, clearest cable TV and best of all, the friendliest, most accommodating personnel that we have encountered from coast to coast....and all of this is delivered in an idyllic, pastoral setting for a very affordable price. We will definitely stay again!
Friendly, helpful staff; sites very level; easy on and off I-40; limited highway noise. Would stay again!
