Nice folks and good location but tightest sites ever. They stagger back and forth but there is no personal space because neighbors vehicle is right in front of your door. Great spot if you are boarding a horse but terrible for overnight. Would not stay there again.
The camp sites were only about 12 wide and not as wide as advertised. We had an issue and tried to Get it resolved. The clerk in the store told us we could find another campground if we didn't like it. I was told that the office would close at 5pm but just needed to pick up the service phone to have them come and unlock the shower. I called and was told that the Governor doesn't allow showers after 5 and they would not unlock them. What good are showered having to take them in the middle of the... Read More

I was standing in a friends site holding their dogs on leashes, when the hot headed owner turned onto our camp site at an unsafe speed. I pulled the dogs back just in time but his bumper did run into my leg. The owner calmed down enough that he could listen to our suggestion which they finally took, but by that time, our visit to this park was ruined by poor public relation of the owner. I don't recommend this park. Their website pic look great. Too bad I can't say that about the owner.

We stayed here because it was just a short drive to visit relatives. Spot 41 was probably the only spot that would fit our 43 ft fifth wheel. Unhooked the pickup. The grassy doggy park was right by us which was nice for our old dog. Garbage was close too. Stayed 3 nights. Road construction was going on right outside of park which made it a little noisy. Facilities were closed due to shut down. A little tricky for big rigs to get back out on the highway with all the traffic. Staff very nice. Read More

Very crowded. No sewer available at my site and they have parked an RV in the dump station so no dump also. People are pleasant enough, but when I asked if I could use another site to dump they said NO. I will not stay here again.
We stayed one night on thanksgiving day. What a great place. The folks were very friendly and even invited us to their turkey dinner potluck, even though we had nothing we could bring. There is a lovely little dog park and walking area. Plus there are horse stables.
Outstanding facility with excellent Camp Host's!
Great park and perfect resting point from Las Vegas on our way to southern Arizona. Staff were very nice and the park is very well taken care of. Would stay here again.
Stayed here one night on our way from Las Vegas to our dealership in Tucson. Was so pleased with the exceptional staff and cleanliness of the grounds and restrooms that we are staying on our way back to Vegas next week. We arrived way before check in time and figured we'd park and wait for a site to open. The staff was exceptionally friendly and got us into a site right away. We felt appreciated as valued customers. (No children allowed due to horse boarding)

The staff is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. We have a fifth wheel and are not good backing in, but the staff got us in. Location is great and the park is very clean. WiFi wasn't good, but that has not been an uncommon feature. We come to Phoenix every winter and need a place to spend a few days. We will definitely stay here again.
Stayed here because of location to Surprize AZ. Off season for park-they have a large area for horses. Wonderful staff. Site was nearly level. Yes, many sites have empty rvs because of the snowbirds. In season call ahead for reservation.
Very disappointing for a good sam park we paid our full month 750$ up front when we made our reservation was tole we would have to pay a electric deposit of 150$. We reserved a full hook up but 2 weeks before we got there we received a email saying our spot was not available and moved us to a spot by the horse corrals with only 30 amp and water no sewer for 2 weeks no reason giving. we there one week had to leave early for medical reason had a doctor fax a letter to the re park they then said we... After many calls I finally went to my credit card co for help.
I would never stay in this park again and would never recommend it to anyone ..Good Sam should check this park out

Driving our new RV home from Phoenix. Late start out of Phoenix had us looking for a stop in the dark, not good. No one to answer the phone when we called ahead for reservations, and on one around when we pulled in at eightish. Drove around and found an empty site, only 30 amp available. Lots of dark RV's, looked more like storage. In the morning notified that we had to pay 50 amp rate and since never got WI-FI password, a waste. This is the off season for them. Empty RV'S are indeed just... Read More
