We've stayed at this park several times. We have a 40' coach. The park is very well maintained, but the roads on our recent visit are clogged with cars from the full time worker tenants which made it very tight to navigate. Probably won't stay here again. Not worth the $80 per night, no refund policy, and all the other rules.

Located within about 75 yards of the US-101 Freeway. Noise level is terrible all day and night, and in-park noise rules are not enforced. Sites and roads are very narrow and not big rig friendly. Some sites are so small that tow vehicles park on road making roads impassable for large rigs. Restrooms are inadequate and not well maintained. Some toilets do not work properly. WiFi system is a joke. Beach is at least a one mile walk away (not directly accessible). No parking for visitors and the per... Read More

The daily rate is totally unreasonable. We will not stay here again.

We have stayed here many times. The park has become extremely expensive without commensurate improvements and amenities. We just completed 10 weeks across the country in our RV with another couple. Not once were we asked to pay to be next to each other; never did we pay for our tow vehicle; the rates averaged $45 including some very nice resort areas at $50-60; many offered Good Sam discounts. The park is noisy from the freeway and trains and borders on homeless encampments which leads to theft... Read More

Premium site was not big enough for rig and towed. Park was overbooked with RVs jammed in wherever there was a bare patch of ground. internal roads not big enough for big rigs to make turns. Freeway noise is loud and constant. Had to wear a wrist band the entire time? Obvious the focus is on maximum return. Stayed in this park twice and both times my dog was bitten by an off-leash dog. Owner is more concerned with the breed of dog then enforcing a leash rule.

Great park and great location. A lot of activities for kids to do.

As a member of the Good Sam Club, I find it hard to believe that Good Sam gave the ratings that it did to this location. I have been much better locations for less then half the price. Narrow and short spaces and NO cable TV. And this is the first location that I have ever been to that charges for guest to come in. They charge $10 for the car and the driver and $5 for every passenger inside the car/vehicle. WOW!.... And the security outside and around the location has very little to be desired,... Read More

And the security outside and around the location has very little to be desired, thus the reason they make all there guest wear these stupid paper bracelets. This is one location I feel Good Sam has it wrong! I do not recommend this location even if it was the last one available...
