Under new management...terrible change for this previously great RV resort. We decided to do extended stay here over the winter and have been here from October 2020 until March 2021. We have personally seen this place go down hill and do it quickly. Zero customer service. Office employee is hard to contact. The RV park could be burning down and there is literally NO ONE to call outside of 9-4 M-F. They close the office for weeks at a time with no way to get mail or have issues resolved. Amenities... We have personally seen this place go down hill and do it quickly. Zero customer service. Office employee is hard to contact. The RV park could be burning down and there is literally NO ONE to call outside of 9-4 M-F. They close the office for weeks at a time with no way to get mail or have issues resolved. Amenities we pay for in our monthly rent (cable, internet, pool, rec room, and grounds maintenance) don't work or are closed with no access because the office lady is MIA or they completely close them for days for maintenance that could be done in less than an hour. Cable has been broken for 6 months and internet goes out for days at a time and the office lady just says, "well it works in here". When we have tried to call the main office in Vancouver (4 times now) to lodge complaints and speak with a supervisor. We have been told that we would receive a call back. After 4 calls over 2 months...this still has not happened. They don't care about their patrons at all. DO NOT stay at a Deer Point Meadows property...you will end up regretting it. The only shining point at the property, is the lady who cleans the facilities. She does and amazing job and knows everyone in the park.

Probably a high-end park once, but it appears now to be as much long-term/permanent residents as overnighters. Booking system lacks efficiency. Despite booking 8 months ahead, a request to be away from the noisy row with steady stream of kids was promised but not fulfilled. Spaces are very narrow, but miraculously have some vegetation between them. Good Sam ratings need to be updated - they don't accurately reflect this park. Don't go by the website, it's not quite as advertised.

Park looks nicer in the photos than it is in reality. Staff is polite but minimal (they close the office in the middle of the day for lunch.) Facilities are clean but the park has the feel of one that has been a bit neglected and could use a little sprucing up. RV spaces are very close to each other but actually have nice foliage between them with small patio tables and chairs. Hookups were in good shape. However, it appears a large number of tenants are long-termers which means some older rigs... Read More

OK for a stopover, but not a "resort."

Stayed one night. The staff was extremely friendly and had a guide to lead me to the spot and helped me to park. The spaces are very narrow and the space I had was not long enough to accommodate parking my long bed Silverado, I had to back under the forward lip of the RV to ensure I did not stick out too much in the road. I came to the park from I-90 which took me through town. There was one railroad underpass that was labeled 13'10". I try to avoid anything under 14', but could not... Read More

I inched through so I made it, but was a nervous wreck. My trailer manual indicates height at 13'6".

After previous arrangements fell apart, we called several other parks in the area and this was the only one with a space available - they had only one space available. The lady I made reservations with was extremely helpful, she even asked for the measurements of our rig to make sure we would fit. This is an older park, built before multiple slideouts were the normal, so the sites are narrow. Our rig is wide with three slideouts. We threaded the needle to get in the site. Their handyman was... The lady I made reservations with was extremely helpful, she even asked for the measurements of our rig to make sure we would fit. This is an older park, built before multiple slideouts were the normal, so the sites are narrow. Our rig is wide with three slideouts. We threaded the needle to get in the site. Their handyman was very nice and trimmed back several branches to keep our rig from getting scratched. We were able to open all 3 slides, and our cat loved having the dining room window enclosed by the tree filled with birds. Our site was heavily landscaped contributing to the tight fit, but made for a nice private patio. We had to walk around the road or shimmy through bushes to go around our rig on the outside. There are other sites where the landscaping is not as thick and has been cut back, making it a better fit. That being said, the staff is amazing, the park is very well kept, the landscaping is beautiful, and our dog loved the check-in treats. Although We didn't use any of the facilities they were kept very clean. Nice dog area. Definitely would not hesitate to stay there again when passing through.

This is our 2nd stay and we would not hesitate to return. On our first stay I left my kindle behind in the office and they contacted us before I realized I didn't have it. They mailed it to me at no charge. We stored our truck here for a year and a half in their storage area; when we returned we had difficult in moving it out of the area; the manager found a couple of folks to help and it was done. We stored our truck here for a year and a half in their storage area; when we returned we had difficult in moving it out of the area; the manager found a couple of folks to help and it was done. Again no charge for about an hour of their labor. We have availed ourselves of shower facilities and found them to be clean, spacious, and superb water pressure, free and no meters controlling the amount of water used. Laundry facilities are clean and spacious; charges are reasonable. Sites are a bit cramped width wise but they are mostly pull throughs and work with large rigs. We appreciated the landscaping which creates a feeling of privacy between rigs. The price is higher than we generally pay, but well worth it if you are spending several days at the site, rather than just in and out. The only negative criticism I would make is that the 'handicap' shower with roll in ability does not have any grab bars and the controls are too high for someone seated to use easily. Shower stools are provided for anyone's use and even for non handicapped person they are quite useful.

We pre booked a 2 day stay and due to traffic arrived late. There was a note telling us which space was ours , but no info on Wi-Fi password or bath locks etc? The spot was very tight. This park looks like it was a 10 " in its day" buy landscaping etc hasn't kept it up. The bushes were so large we could barely put out our chairs and open the slide. Cant imagine if we had 4 slides. Probably won't return.

pull thru site was tight, but level. Utilities worked good, but sewer hook up was to the rear of the pad and was a long reach. Many full timers, but park seemed to monitor their rigs. Park shut the water off to our rigs, but gave no one the heads up. I am glad I had a couple for gallons of water in the tank. I would not stay here again.
