Great quiet campground- owners are so accommodating The 2 ladies who are camp hosts are so nice Restrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen! Whole campground is great. There are permanent sites but they are well kept up and all the residents are nice and welcoming. Not much for kids to do - no playground but close to activities like the beach. I highly recommend this park!!
We stayed at this place for one night on the way to florida, the staff and facility are awesome. Nice place to stay.
Great place to stay if you like peace and quiet. Not very many sites and most of the park is wooded however the people are nice and helpful. We will stay again soon
We love this little campground. It's our one night stop going home to Florida. We don't use the restrooms so can't rate them. The staff is super friendly. The WiFi works great! We don't use the cable because we get plenty of channels with our antenna. We feel very safe here and it's right off I-95. Great overnight place for us.
Our second visit to this park. It's rustic but somewhat nice. Many long-term residents. It is somewhat close to the interstate but minimal highway noise. The sites are close together but there is room for slides. The ladies' room door would not close tight easily, the shower drains are trough-like. Lighting at night is minimal. No cable but if you are a subscriber to their satellite company, you can hook up to it in some sites. All that said, it is a nice park. Staff is friendly and helpful.... Read More

Reservations are a must as there are only a few sites for overnights. May return.

We stay there about twice a year, and it's consistently great. The hosts and owners are extremely friendly, and the setting among mature Oak trees is peaceful and relaxing. There are Horses, Mules, Chickens, etc. wandering around the lake, and the other campers have always been friendly. It's close to a lot of fun things to see and do, and there is a nice little restaurant a few hundred feet from the campground. There are 3 gas stations within a mile or less, and they always have VERY attractive... Read More

We were stopping overnight on our way to Florida. We picked this campground because of the good rating from good same club. We had reservations in advance. It was stressed that we are a big rig Pulling a large vehicle that we did not want to detache. This place is so small to move. Our site did hold our rig but we could not hook to sewer without extension hoses. They say there is a general store but don't have ice or any snacks. The best thing about the place is the friendliness of the people.
What a nice campground. Friendly people, dog friendly and near so many interesting places. St. Mary's, Cumberland Island, St. Augustine and the Okefenokee Swamp are just some of the places we were able to go easily from here. Lovely shaded spots and easy to get to off I-95. We will be back!
