I and my wife made an reservation for 2 people in a 40 foot Motor Home, with 2 slides requiring 30/50 amp service, arriving on 3/25/17 and departing on the morning of 3/28/17. When we arrived they did not have an 50 amp service available and the 30 amp service for the site was so old and not serviced it continually flipped the circuit breaker, meaning the interior of our coach raised to an temp of 97 degrees and making me reset the parks electrical box every two to three hours, 24 hours an day during... They do not have sewage connections and will dump your tanks twice an week. When I called the office to have my tanks emptied, was told to contact an individual whom works at the park. When I called him, I was told that it was to late in the day (2:30-3:00 pm) that they only emptied tanks during the morning. Information I was not told when I arrived. I made the management aware of the problems and the employees were very pleasant and nicely acknowledged my complaints, offering NO Suggestions for an fix. As my wife has severe health issues and is disabled, this became our worst ever RV Adventure. I could not recommend this location, no matter how nice the people are.

This RV Park is mostly park models and populates fully during "snowbird" season. However, very accommodating to RVer's. They are looking to expand the RVing part just a bit.. This is a 55+ park. The owner & staff are wonderful, bathrooms are a 10+ and amenities are awesome. Everyone seems to look out for one another, which is rare in today's world. We will come back, if we get the chance!!

This is basically a snowbird facility. Since we were there in July, it was almost empty. I only gave it 4 stars because it is a little cramped, and access is difficult. It is on a divided road so only accessible in one direction. We had to go past it, make a u-turn, and come back. The park itself is beautifully maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It has some very nice amenities. There are also lots of attractions in the area.
