Only one rest room to accommodate the whole park with was almost entirely full and only open 10-6 is the reason for the restroom rating. Otherwise the park is clean and quite comfortable. Will accommodate almost any size rig as there were a number of very large fifth wheels and a few large Class A's. Most anything in town is walk friendly except the beach park and main grocery story which would require a car.
Nice RV Park within walking distance to the community of Cannon Beach. There's a pedestrian path under Hwy 101 just outside the park entrance so you don't have to cross over the highway itself. Downtown is full of shops, eateries, galleries etc. with beach access as well. COVID restrictions put a damper on things but for the most part, you can shop and dine-in with limited exceptions. Cannon Beach RV Resort is clean and well maintained. We didn't see any "long term" or permanent residents there... Read More

Even in the rain and winter season it was a nice place to stay. We didn't use the onsite restrooms so no rating.

Great location, minutes from Cannon beach. Because of Covid, public facility was closed. But we still enjoyed our stay. Will come back.
PROS: Beautiful setting with lots of trees to keep it cool. Each campsite has a fire ring and is nicely laid out. The wifi is pretty strong here, but sometimes fades out (Cannon Beach has virtually no wifi). They sell firewood, propane and gas. Super helpful people in the office. The walk to town is really pleasant. CONS: The roads are one way but are narrow and very poorly marked. The paint for the arrows has faded away. They desperately need to update these! There is a map, but it's rather confusing.... Read More

We found ourselves going the wrong way down a narrow road and ended up damaging our fifth wheel trailer. Please be careful!
RECOMMEND? Yes! We highly recommend this campground.

Just finished our 5th annual stay at RV Resort at Cannon Beach. Normally we prefer Provincial and State Parks, but as far as privates go, this is one of our tops. It is close to town and walking distance to Haystack Rock. The sites themselves are not overly close together and there are lots of trees. We spend lots of time sitting out front of our RV and we always end up talking to others, most people who stay here are so friendly. We see the same staff year after year and service is great. The pool is nice and bathrooms are clean snd nice. Only downside is it's hard to get s spot, we like 7 days during 1st week of July, we book a year out and still don't get our choice of sites, it is a popular place, so make sure to book

Great place, hope we can make it back here again sometime! Large spots with large fire pits and picnic tables. Nice staff and office/store area that offers DVD rentals as well as a game room with pool tables. Hot tub and pool area are very nice. Comfortable place! Cannon Beach shops are within walking or biking distance, as well as the beach.
This is one of the nicer RV Parks we've visited. Recommend making reservations a year in advance for summer months. Grounds are well maintained, shady, with different size level sites. We were in site 7, backed up to a small residential street which dead ends. Felt safe walking our dogs there. At the other side of the Park the sites are backed up to a wooded area, but there is not much sun. We had sun from midday on. Sites in the Center were mostly pull-thru's, but we chose back-in's to be along... Read More

Sites in the Center were mostly pull-thru's, but we chose back-in's to be along the perimeter. Wifi and Cable TV were excellent. They have a gas station with Diesel fuel, also Propane. Prices were reasonable. Efficient check in and friendly personnel, open at generous hours. Small store with limited supplies and small bookcase with books people left there, but so low to the ground it's hard to look without sitting on the floor.
We were on a mission to find a place suitable for our Good Sam Chapter group, but didn't like that the Club House connected to the reception area has only one picnic table/bench and 2 pool tables, one of which was broken. The kitchen part was really dirty, and the dishwasher was broken. They do have a large event room on the second floor with tables, chairs and a credenza to serve food, but it would have to be carried from the first floor. The pool, hot tub and all bathrooms/showers are very clean.
The location is very convenient. Anyone who is good on foot can walk the one mile to Center of town. The road and pedestrian walk leads under Hwy 101 and is quite safe. We will stay at this Park again.

Comfortable, but not spectacular. Clean restrooms!!
Renovations will soon be completed but it made the stay very quiet with only 50 sites open. Excellent facilities enjoyed our stay in this campground.
So nice. Roomy sites, good wifi, great sething, friendly staff, and so on. Not sure why it's not a 10/10/10 park.
My family loves this place. Indoor pool, pool tables, the beautiful scenery, and terrific location in Cannon Beach. Plus the staff are always great!
We have stayed here a couple of times and the park is always in great shape, large sites, clean and organized. Pool is very nice with a hot tube and adult hours are 8-10 PM. The camp employee's in charge are very professional and helpful. Definitely pet friendly We are a middle age couple in a 5th wheel, had a pull thru site, travel with no kids and 1 medium dog.
