Very nice campground! We've stayed here twice and it's a great stopping point for us. The park is clean, well maintained and quiet. Nice large, level concrete pull thrus! Highly recommend this park.
Good place. Convenient. LEVEL PADS! LOTS OF SPACE BETWEEN PADS! Had all I needed for overnight stay on my way South. Will stay again on my way North next month.
Nice staff, very helpful.
Were traveling and made reservation for one night. Very level, clean campground. Very helpful staff and super clean and nice laundry and bath facilities. Nice game room too.
We stayed 1 night while traveling through the area. Chose this park because of the pull-thru sites. The park is along the US-59 outer loop (a 4 lane divided highway) but there is very little noise from the highway. The access to the park from US-59 requires passing through an uncontrolled intersection so turning off or onto the US-59 posses a slight hazard. The entrance is marked with some scrapes in the payment due to the angle created at the intersection of the highway and entrance road.... Read More

The park is along the US-59 outer loop (a 4 lane divided highway) but there is very little noise from the highway. The access to the park from US-59 requires passing through an uncontrolled intersection so turning off or onto the US-59 posses a slight hazard. The entrance is marked with some scrapes in the payment due to the angle created at the intersection of the highway and entrance road. We were able to avoid scraping by adjusting our angle of entry onto the highway. There are a series of sharp 90 degree turns to enter (3 turns) or exit (5 turns) the park.
The interior roads are a mixture of gravel and paved. The site parking pads are a mixture of concrete or gravel. The newer "Extra Long & Pull-Thru Sites" are better suited for towables as the utility connections are at the rear of the sites. These sites would require MH to disconnect a towed vehicle or use long runs of hose/cable to reach the utility connections as they were at the end of the sites. These sites were long enough for a both an RV and another vehicle. This park understands the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the sites were generally level. Privacy is established by distance. The newer sites have a lot of distance between the next site but the older sites don't offer much privacy between the sites as they are very close to each other. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50 AMP), & sewer. There was an outside table but no fire pit.
There are not any trees in the newer section to interfere with satellite reception. The older section has some trees that could make satellite reception hit and miss depending on site assignment and your dish configuration. There were 22 cable channels available. Only able to get a few broadcast channels.
Didn't get a chance to try the park provided WiFi. Our Verizon WiFi hotspot worked well. Our NET10 phone reception was acceptable.
No designated fenced pet area but there was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park roads. There were some bag dispensers and cans stations available to dispose of waste.
For being in a hazardous/severe weather area, there was no underground storm shelter. None of the structures in the park were identified as a severe weather shelter.
Since we had to disconnect due to the layout of the sites, would not stay here again as an overnight stop.
